Marlene was awesome! She was in charge of the crew. They were on time and did a great job with
mold issues and water damage. They left fans and dehumidifiers and were diligent upon returning to check in them. The crew worked in a timely fashion and cleaned everything up. Marlene gave me her phone number and answered whenever i called. She was great. This is one of the best companies I’ve ever done business with!

Marlene Sienkiewicz and her crew, lead by Jose, were nothing short of amazing. Marlene was at my home within an hour of my calling ServPro Pembroke Pines/West Miramar earlier this week to request an estimate on the remediation of mold that had been detected in my garage A/C closet. I had a very reasonable estimate within a few hours, as well as a commitment from Marlene that her crew would be at my home the following morning to begin the work. Jose and crew arrived on time and jumped right into the remediation process. They were responsive to my many questions and informative to a fault throughout this somewhat stressful situation. Fabian and Hernando spent an entire, as did a crew the day prior, working a water leak mold remediation job for us. Put in more than a full day’s work in order not to have to stretch it to a third day. Kept the work area contained and clean throughout the job as well as when they were finished. Very professional and personable. Fabian answered questions throughout the day regarding the process and remediation steps. Very pleased so far with the job to this point. I can highly recommend these two men specifically, as well as the crew from day one.

It only took one week for my basement to get destroyed by a sump pump failure. With the help of google, I was able to contact ASAP Remodeling. They met with me the same day and started work. I knew I was in the right hands and they did a great job

ASAP Restoration is a top-notch company. They were prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the entire time they worked in my home. I had water damage and mold in my attic as a result of a damaged roof. They remediated the mold and installed all new insulation

I would highly recommend Sheen. Joe was great. I didn’t think he would be able to get The stains out of my oriental rug but he surpassed my expectations and for a very reasonable price.

We had Sheen Restoration come to our home to look at our Sisal carpet. We have owned it for three years and it was in need of cleaning. Joseph was on time and very knowledgeable about the special needs this type of carpet requires. He explained the cleaning process and quoted a price that was less than some other cleaning services. We are very satisfied with the job and expertise of Sheen Restoration. We highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet and other cleaning services.

I love family owned businesses, and this one is great! My AC unit leaked water all over my room and closet. I called Sheen, and Joe told me let my carpet dry for a day and then he would come to clean it. And that he did. He came in, cleaned my carpet to perfection, and then was out in less than 30 mins. The best part is, no mess! There is essentially no evidence of them being here besides my freshly cleaned carpet. They are reasonably priced, are available to come within a day’s notice. I would definitely recommend Sheen to anyone in the Miami or South Florida area!!

I had a thorough inspection today, and I was very pleased with it. To have my options regarding mold and mold remediation explained to me by the inspector was very helpful. When dealing with mold issues, this company is a great choice.
