Danny & Tommy responded within 90 minutes of my call for service. They were extremely professional, informative, and respectful of my home & belongings. I was able to continue working remotely while they completed the clean up and dry out, and kept me updated along the way. I’m very appreciative of their ability to calm the chaos. 🙂

We had water damage from a sewer repair yesterday and they were at our door first thing this morning! And if that wasn’t good enough, the technician they sent, Stuart, was REMARKABLE!!! So nice and very efficient. This is the first time we’ve used the service, but when we use them again – which we will – we are going to specifically request Stuart as our tech!!!

This company is beyond phenomenal and I will only recommend these guys, don’t look at any other company! They are exceptional, punctual, show up on time, work the entire time they are there and provide quality work. They kept us in the loop of what is going on at all times and give us accurate timelines. Clint is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t BS you. He is very professional, responds immediately and doesn’t only tell you what he is doing, but he explains why and how. He leaves you without having to ask questions because he provides you the information up front and is very honest. They were a pleasure to work with and Jesse & Drew are phenomenal workers. They have a can do attitude, are extremely professional, get the job done and are very trustworthy. I am beyond pleased with their services. They went above and beyond to ensure our house was safe for living and even went the extra mile to ensure our house was taken care of until the next step with another vendor could be completed. Bay Coast Restoration has now helped us twice with mold removal and water damage restoration and they have been amazing both times. Clint was amazing and extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Clint is the reason my AC’s are now able to adequately cool my house after almost 3 years and 7 different AC repair visits from other companies and he wasn’t even here for that. I can not recommend these guys enough! Thank you!

Chris’s Carpet has cleaned our treasured Oriental rug for over 20 years and every time they make it look like new again.
Over those years have had various other rugs in our homes that they have taken care of as well.
And yes we have had pets if that is a concern for you.
We appreciate that they pick up and deliver so we aren’t struggling to take it to be cleaned.
The personnel is caring and responsive.

We both work in the floor sales industry so we have interaction with many companies. Choosing the right company for our project was paramount. We selected Lakeside Restoration from their reputation with us and the confidence the they would do a great job. Beginning with the estimate, Nick was punctual and provided the estimate timely and with full explanation of what needed to be done and why. From the day work began, Ryan, Larry, and the other workers were prompt, efficient in their use of time, and dedicated to doing a great job. We were amazed at the speed they worked to get the job done. The original timeline was 7 to 9 days however their skill lessened the time to just over 6. The job involved removing old tile and mortar, then installing water resistant lunate. Dust was a major concern but the team mitigated that issue from the beginning. Our furniture which was removed and returned was handled with care. The new floor was installed, all trim update and painted, and our home looks terrific. Not only does our home look incredible, but they came in under budget and ahead of time. We had contact throughout the process for any questions or concerns we had. We HIGHLY recommend Lakeside Restoration to our friends and if you are looking for a company with integrity, honesty, courtesy, this one is for you. Always trust referrals from great friends! My friends David and Courtney Berry own Fat Finger Construction. I am so glad they told me to call Nick at Lakeside Restoration! Nick and his team have been punctual, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, honest, and have gone above and beyond for our family when disaster struck and we realized we had a water leak and horrible mold problem in our master bathroom, bedroom and baby bar area.

I cannot say enough good things about how Nick has communicated through all the various things that goes with mold remediation. Add in the stress of a pandemic and Nick still took a lot of the fear and crazy out of the whole experience and has had his teams working as hard as possible to put our house back together.

I highly recommend them when your home or business has a bad day.

I was very impressed with Roto Rooter in several areas. First, I was able to make a next day appointment for a non urgent renovation project. We wanted to replace the existing shower faucet and fascia(original from the 50s). We had Mike for our service who walked me through what needed to be done and offered a very reasonable price for the amount of work(there was thick original tile mudding that needed to be cut through and because of location it had to be accessed from the shower side). He was able to do the job the same day, to my surprise, and we now have a nice brand new delta system. Then a few weeks later we had a backup in the kitchen sink and the garbage disposal went out. Mike was able to come out same day and snake the drain and put in a new garbage disposal. I would definitely bring Mike back to work on our house and will use roto rooter whenever we need a good plumber.

Castle keepers did an excellent job of cleaning approximately 1800 ft.² of tile in our home. They were very professional and we learned a lot about caring for our tile in the future. They were very punctual and timely arriving and completing an outstanding cleaning of our tile and grout. The job was finished at the price we agreed upon. We will have them returned annually to clean particularly the high traffic areas. We strongly recommend Castle keepers. I

I foster dogs. Get my area rugs cleaned after each time. Been thru 4 diff companies. This is the only company I keep calling back. ALWAYS on time. Not overpriced at all. Truck mounted cleaning system ( huge difference in cleaning results), they don’t apply scotchguard with a silly hand held spray bottle, quick response time. I really appreciate Cody who does a great job for me. The fact that the same technician keeps coming to do the job says a lot as well! He’s happy with his company. Don’t waste your time with other companies. Try them out yourself.
