Take a Walk in a Park
There are several parks in Brookside that are great to take a walk-in. Every Saturday morning at 11 am, the Brookside HOA hosts a free guided tour of one of its parks with an expert from Florida Botanical Gardens.
Vacation Destinations
Looking for something fun to do on your next vacation? Why not visit someplace new! The Brookside HOA is only 15 minutes away from Clearwater Beach and 30 minutes away from Busch Gardens Theme Park. You can also drive 45-minutes north to Orlando for more theme park adventures if you have time!
Social Events Every Month
Every month there are several social events taking place in the neighborhood center here which include bingo nights, holiday parties, meetups with fellow pet owners or book clubs.
Community Service Opportunities
The Brookside HOA has several community service opportunities for you to participate in each month! From the Adopt-a-Block program where volunteers clean up their neighborhood to building homes together with Habitat For Humanity, there are many ways you can help out your neighbors and give back to the community here.
Sports Leagues Every Season
Do you want to play sports but don’t have time for a team? The Brookside HOA offers plenty of pick-up games throughout the season including basketball, volleyball, football, baseball, soccer or even kickball! You can also join one of our leagues if you prefer weekly meetups at specific times during the week. Our adult coed softball league is always looking for new players to join.

Largo Medical Center is right down the street from Brookside HOA and offers free health screenings regularly. Stop by anytime on Saturdays between 11 am-12 pm at Largo Medical Center’s Wellness Mobile located in front of Starbucks Coffee (1700 Starkey Rd, Ste 101). They’ll take your blood pressure, check your cholesterol levels, and more while you enjoy some fresh air outside!

There are plenty of places to shop nearby like Target, Wal-Mart or even IKEA if you want a bigger selection. Our neighborhood is also only 15 minutes away from the Westfield Countryside Mall and 30 minutes away from Tyrone Square Mall!
