We had our home’s roof replaced about a year and a half ago. The team did a great job on the replacement and the cleanup. Couple of weeks ago I noticed a small leak where the pitch roof meets the porch flat roof. Scott reminded me that Mitchell roofing guarantees their work for 5 years. Scott got a small team out right away and fixed it properly. It is refreshing to find a company that still backs up their word. First of all HUGE kudos to our salesman Scott. It is hard to find people who keep their word anymore but everything Scott assured us Mitchell Roofing would do, he came through and made it happen. On the date of installation the crew arrived on time and we were absolutely impressed with their constant cleaning during the teardown during the day. A big shout out to the foreman Pedro who actually took time to explain and show me what his crew was doing, and addressed any concerns I had. He and his coworkers were fantastic!
I can and will highly recommend Mitchell Roofing to everyone. Thanks Scott and Pedro for going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The final product is great!

Mitchell was super awesome and responsive. I appreciate the fact that they have their own sales team that come out and they evaluate the progression of the job fully until its complete. If working with a insurance company for a claim, they will require payment from you personally and then you will need reimbursement from your insurance. Only thing about this company I could say on that. Buddy my sales guy was legit. Definitely give them a call for a quote. Good price, efficient, and had everything cleaned up.

Old Time Roofing is a great company that provides the customer with “Old Time Customer Care!” Dave initially came out to the house to meet with us and explain everything to my wife and I. Dave’s knowledge of all things roof related is impressive as is the manner in which he interacts with the client, that was very important to us.

The crew that did our entire roof was professional and extremely courteous.. They finished replacing our roof within 5 days and below budget. If you’re’ looking for a top notch company who puts the client first and cares about the quality of their work then look no further than “Old Time Roofing,’ you wont be disappointed!

Old Time Roofing is excellent. The family orientation is woven into their company’s ethos. The experience of having a new roof installed which could’ve been quite difficult was made easy with Jon’s guidance. They were very competitive with cost . They arrived when agreed upon and the crew was amazingly proficient. The result was as close to being a work of art as a shingle roof could be. They told me they have been together as a crew with the company for ten years. That kind of teamwork just can’t be gotten any other way. Time and loyalty and talent! Old Time Roofing. Your company has restored my faith . You are a model of what has made this country great.

Old Time Roofing was great! They were fair in their price even when FL changed the way flat roofs need to be replaced. Jon was professional and patient with me and my questions. They did several neighbors roofs and came highly recommended. They had my new roof on in 2 days and replaced alot of rotted wood too. Good company to work with!

I had an appointment with this company on a Tuesday they called me at the last minute to reschedule because they said they didn’t have enough employees. The guy shows up on Thursday and was not here 5 minute. I asked him to give me a minute because I wanted to discuss the job and he said Ok I came back out and he was gone. This company have not started the job and already lied to me twice no way would I have hired them. I mayself did construction for years and found this company rude and unreliable

Stay away from this company. The sales process is awesome, but the delivery is anything but. The crew that was sent to my home was the slowest crew of roofers I have ever seen. They played lots of loud music and seemed to enjoy chatting with one another, but roofing seemed to be an afterthought. All the people on my roof were in T-Shirts of other roofing companies, which means they are all probably subcontractors and not employees of Albritton directly and that is never a good sign.

During the process of having my roof get completed, a female (presumably a wife of one of the installers) in shorts and flip flops went up the ladder and on to MY roof. She was clearly not an employee of Albritton so if she fell off my roof I would have been personally liable for her injuries. I had to call my salesperson to get her off my roof. Had I not been paying attention, who knows how long that would have continued for.

While working on my roof they left part around the chimney unfinished and caused water damage to a significant portion of my walls and ceiling below. The one thing they did correctly was offer to pay for the damage caused by that. However, I was told at the time that they would replace my chimney cap as part of the repairs to what happened with my chimney, and three weeks later they backed out on that and want to charge me to replace it. Adam Stevens (the NEW owner) says that it was not included in my original quote, but after causing damage to my home I wouldn’t expect that to be included in the original quote. Adam gave me a long speech about selecting a good contractor based on “doing the right thing” and “keeping their word”, but then fails to hold up the promises his employees made to me. We reached an agreement to subtract half of the proposed cost to replace that chimney cap from my final invoice so that I could get another roofer to replace it. This was of course after Adam and his uncle, the license holder for the company, came to my office to try and strong arm me for the final payment despite not having lived up to their word.

Albritton failed my final inspection several times, not for work performed incorrectly, but for not including appropriate pictures and paperwork. This is something that I normally wouldn’t have cared too much about, but compounded with all of the other issues it only goes to show that they are unorganized and unable to follow simple directions. Again, let this be a cautionary tale to everyone who reads this.

I selected Albritton based on the recommendations of many contractors who know and remember Gary Albritton and Richard Stratton, the former owners. They were supposedly the best around, but as Richard told me personally, after 40 years he doesn’t want to be involved in the day to day any longer. If Adam continues to run this business this way it will only be a matter of time before they go under, and all of the warranty they claim to provide will be null and void. Again, I would caution anyone to select this roofer. I paid a premium, and certainly did not get what I paid for.

There are several five star reviews listed on this page, but if you read some of the names you will see that they are clearly posted by the new owner and some of his relatives. Most others are probably other employees or friends of theirs based on the lack of detail in those reviews. If anyone doubts the validity of this review please reach out to me and I can share text messages with my salesperson that will show every word of it is 100% accurate.

Adam was great to deal with, very professional. On time and extremely clean job site. Cleaned up after every day and left my house looking the way it was before they came, other than a new roof of course, that turned out amazing. Very knowledgeable in the material and explained it to me in a way where I felt 100% comfortable with what I was getting for my roof. Thank you Albritton roofing!

Mike was quick to respond and help solve a roof repair issue needed to close on a house purchase. He came out on short notice to take care of the issue and resolved it in a timely manner. I would recommend and use his service again in the future.

Need a new roof, make the call to Super Roofs. Adam is top notch and very up front with the whole process. He is straight-forward and he does the right thing. You can tell he takes pride in his work and company.
He is an owner that will be on site and available prior, during and after the job. He is a great communicator about the whole process from permitting to delivery to completion- including any needed modifications that arise during the roof removal and installation process.
Fair Price and straight shooter, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

There were a number of companies I reached out to when wanting to get the rood replaced. One never returned my call, one gave me a an email estimate based on a satellite picture of my roof, and then there was Super Roofs. Like other reviewers I was impressed with Adam’s passion for the work he does. He showed up, walked us through the costs, the value of choosing his business, and general roof replacement issues to watch out for. We decided to go with his company.

Marco, and the team of workers arrived and did a very good job. These guys in a Florida summer were amazing. Not taking shortcuts like many would do while that uncomfortable in the heat and humidity these guys were amazing.

The finished roof looks very good. Better than that we have confidence that the installation was done in a way that will make the rood safe for our family.

Call other places. Get other estimates, but make sure to talk to Super Roofs. Pretty sure you would make the same choice we did.

He was always extremely responsive, honest and accommodating. His crew was just as great and professional as well. Adam also gave us a fair and competitive price and everything turned out beautiful! I don’t think I should have to hound someone to spend money. Got a quote for a replacement by just a drive by the guy never got out of his truck to inspect my roof. After that I needed a quote for just a leak. After numerous calls to his cell phone and the office answering service the older lady said JR will be there the next day — NO CALL NO SHOW! So unprofessional I guess they have become to big for the common people. I’ll spend my money where it’s needed and appreciated. I was trying to keep the spending power with the black community now I’m having second thoughts!!
