I don’t even know where to begin other than – amazing. We met Paul, a foreman first. Pleasant, friendly, prompt and courteous are just a few things we can say. The crew is fantastic. Everyone works well together. Plenty of work and plenty of smiles. Fast, clean and efficient. The owner Bill Koch and his wife, Pam also came by to say hello. Paul kept us informed every step of the way and we really felt that we were in good hands the whole time. We highly recommend Koch Roofing if you want a job “WELL DONE”.

WOW!, these guys are a class act. Bobby fixed up my 2 broken cement roof tiles. This guy is humble and has integrity. I recently moved to South Florida from Chicago. The one common thing I keep hearing is that service folks either do not call or do not show up down here. You do not have to worry about that with these guys. For as long as these guys are in business, they will be my go to for roofing repairs. Bobby, you are a good man!

This review is long overdue, we had PDK install a new roof on our home in early 2021. From scheduling the free estimate, to walk through with Alex it was fast, easy, and stress free. Alex was always available to answer our questions and concerns. The installers took their time, were very meticulous, and did a great job. I am very happy with the end result.

I scheduled an appointment and I had to call the office to see if someone was coming because the estimator didn’t show up at the scheduled time. The office receptionist said they would call to get an ETA. The estimator called 25 minutes after our meet time to say he had a emergency and would have to reschedule. My time is very valuable as I had to drive 62 miles to meet. When I told him that I wouldn’t have time till next week he proceeded to elude that the issue is on us because we didn’t use a previous estimate over a year ago. I said that’s our choice to proceed when we are ready not his and he then told me we are getting off on the wrong foot and to find someone else. I called the receptionist back to explain how rude he was and if the manager wanted to speak to me they could call me. She tells me he is the owner…..no business or recommendations from our company!!

Had a really nice guy come out to do the estimate, he told me exactly what he found and showed me pictures. He said I would have an estimate by the end of the week and they could start as early as the next week. I never received the estimate. I’ve called five times and sent two emails and never received a response. I’m not sure what happened, but if the estimate is an indication of the work, I would consider others.

Referred by a friend. Salesman was knowledgeable and professional. Office personnel were very helpful and professional. Roof removal and Installation crew’s were professional and hard workers. Field supervisor was professional and helpful. Upon completion Marzo Roofing provided me with manufacturers and their workman warranty. I would use Marzo Roofing again, and would refer them to a friend. Thank you for a job well done.

Excellent company who came to repair my leaking gutters. Great service from start to finish. Reps were responsive and timely, provided detailed assessment and provided pics and explanation on the work that was completed. Charles was also very friendly and did a thorough job. Highly recommend.

Charlie from Hammer Roofing called me to come over and inspect my roof and give me a quote. I needed a new roof and to seal the roof on the Florida Room and work shop. Came by to seal the two rooms. They needed another coat so he came over a second time because we had a heavy rain and there were still a few leaks. After another storm one more leak appeared. He can back a third time and that did the trick. I decided to go with a metal roof that.will last forty years an they did a great job.

I would highly highly reccommend them. Nick came out said hé could repair the roof where other company’s wanted to replace whole roof. Nick took the time to explained everything and showed me the vents where the nails were loose that you could pull out the nails. Nick is very professional He replaced the roof vents and solved the roof problem. Told me how many more years I should get out of the roof Nick is honest & shows up on time and does the work hé says hé will do. I am very pleased and satisfied with Nick’s work and would highly highly recommend Rapid Roof & Home Repair they are a small company with great value and integrity.

Nick, was able to replace rotten wood on the bottom half of my house and replaced my garage door.
He was very reliable and great on communication.
Given my circumstances, he was flexible with my schedule/requests so I was able to complete my own agenda with the help of his work ethic and dependability.
Great service and great price.
I would recommend his services. Great Job!

I just had a tree limb fall onto my roof and put a hole in it. I called to schedule an appointment to have them come out the following day to look at it so a quote could be done and to see about scheduling a repair. I was told I would get a phone call the next morning to tell me when they would be out. It is now the afternoon and I have not gotten a phone call, I have tried to call with no answer, I have texted with no response and I have given up. It would have been nice to have a courtesy call or text. I at least found another affordable and reliable company. All area roofing and construction has earned my business since this company does not value their customers.

*****Reply to company***** Here we are 3 days later since my initial call 4 days ago and you respond to my rating I left. I never received a call, text or voicemail. I called you 4 days ago and this is the first that I have heard from you. Poor customer service. You are either in it for your customers and business, or you’re not. Communication is key with your profession and especially when your soon to be customers have an emergency.

I’ve used Adrian at sunrise roofing for 2 roofs now. Both times the roof turned out great and all my neighbors are impressed with speed of work and quality of job. Adrian is very professional and I recommend his company to every single person I know who needs roof work. I try to flip a house a year and if it needs a roof he is definitely my go to.

My electrician made a hole in my new metal roof when he installed a new electrical service. Adrian was very responsive to my request for a roof repair estimate. He came out the day I called. While there he noticed a couple other issues on my roof that he could repair. The next day he sent a very reasonable estimate, which I accepted. Within 2 days, he came out and repaired my roof. He showed excellent communication and workmanship
and was finished within 3 hours. I highly recommend Sunrise Roofing and will call Adrian again if I have a roofing need.

We moved into a house that needed new siding. Dave, the owner, came out for a quote. He was very friendly, professional, and quoted us a great price to replace our wood siding with Hardie Board. Matthew and Lee impressed us even more. They really took care of our house and made it look brand new! Matt and Lee were very professional, friendly, communicated well, and do stunning work. They really paid attention to the little details and I’m so happy with what they have done to our home! We will definitely be future customers for when we are ready to install our gutters and definitely recommend Primer siding and roofing for your business or home!

I can’t put in words how HAPPY I am with my new roof and gutters. Cosmin was on top of everything until completion and even stopped by to make sure I was happy with the roof and gutters.
