We were impressed with the quick response to repairing some dry rot fascia. Between contact, estimate and job completed was all done in a week. Pleased with the outcome and will use Thompson’s Roofing again.

I highly recommend Thompson’s Roofing. I’m in Cooper City and heard a lot of good things about Thompson’s Roofing online in our local community social media groups/pages from people who have used them. So when I had a leak recently in my tile roof they were on top of my list to call. Eddie got back to me and came by to do an estimate which was very competitive. What was even better was they could get the repair done right away which was amazing being we are in rainy season. Axel and Brad came out to do a valley repair 2 days later and were experienced and professional roofers. These guys knew what they were doing and they did the repair with care like it was on their own house. They kept me informed about how it was going whenever I came out to check. They took pictures to show me everything and left everything spotless. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed in the future!

Best roofing company!

When I called May Day Roofer Miramar the customer service person was excellent. In two days One guy (I couldn’t recall his name) from May Day Roofer Miramar was at our house reviewing our situation, drew out a detailed work order along with pictures, and explained the whole process. After reviewing May Day Roofer and three other contractors we decided to go with May Day Roofer Miramar. The guy returned to the house within the week and again went over everything from materials to cost. I was so pleased that the workers arrived at their scheduled time and worked the entire day. The cleanup was excellent there was not one nail or old roofing left on the property. So I am pleased to say that they are a very efficient, caring company. I am also pleased, that if I had any questions I email the office and they always got back to me ASAP. I would not hesitate to use this company again and to refer them to family/friends. I got so lucky with CTC roofing. We recently bought a house and the homeowner’s insurance we have did everything in their power to make our lives difficult. (They wanted us to get a new roof! Our roof is only 3-4 years old and came up clean on our four-point inspection! That’s a review for another time though.)

Toni must be the single most patient person in the world, as well as incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to help me get all the crazy documentation that the insurance was requesting (I needed an extension on them dropping us, it’s hurricane/rainy season right now) as well as talk me through different options and price points on how we may appease them.

In the end, CTC repaired some roof tiles, and from the pictures (I’m not climbing up there!) it looks good as new! Overall, incredible experience. Highly recommend.

I wanted to hire them for a roofing repair. Never got back to me after I called and texted them. They also said one section of my roof was not a leak which I later discovered was a leak. They didn’t call me back hence the one star review.

I wanted to replace my shingle roof with a metal one. Did some research and decided to use BMG roofing. Miguel was professional, quick, and affordable. Once my permits were approved my old roof was removed and the new one put on in less then a week. I live in Cooper City and always try to use local businesses. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

Beware, they will burn every plant you own within reach of the chemicals they use. They will NOT care that you are upset with the lack of protection to your property. Irresponsible & negligent and will not provide any feedback to your concerns or complaints. Reporting to the BBB and Fl Lic Dept . Don’t be fooled

My roof needed cleaning, so I did a quick search online and found the reviews you see here. Decided to ask for a quote and withing seconds – not minutes – received a call from Mike. Gave me a reasonable estimate and I scheduled the service for two days later. Did an impeccable job, well documented with pics and with the convenience of not even needing to be physically present. Mike identified several broken tiles and uppn my request, immediately gave me an estimate to fix them.. with which I agreed. A few hours later got pictures of every tile he fixed and the overall cleaning job. I’m all set for the next couple of years. THANKS AGAIN MIKE FOR THE HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE!

I needed an emergency tarp put up on my roof and this company and Benito did not disappoint. I had a tarp on my roof in no time! They responded to my call right away and were out the next day to inspect. Everyone I interacted with was great and I would definitely use this company again.

So I had an old roof on my rental. I was afraid this would cost me a bit. Called this company. Owner picked up. Guys name is Benito – after speaking on the phone with me for about 20 minutes – he sent his guy to check out my roof. He was here next day at 8AM. Best part? He got my insurance to pay – so it costed me nothing. Super happy. New roof in no time and money in hand.

Alexander is the owner of the business, he has an amazing personality, Excellent customer service skills always on time, worked very hard at making sure we were happy with our new aluminum roof it came out absolutely beautiful, to perfection! Could not have asked for a better experience and prices were the Best! This company will flourish as they are TOP NOTCH at what they do! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! I have literally never gone of out my way to write a bad review on any company but I refused to with this company. Alexander seemed like a very nice guy, came to my house in two separate occasions to give me a quote and answer all my questions. We both agreed on a date and confirmed with him multiple times. The day came and never showed up, later responded that he was busy and had to reschedule to the next weekend. Next weekend comes and after confirming again like 3 times during the week, AGAIN, DOES NOT SHOW UP. This time doesn’t even bother responding or getting back to me. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. I think he picks and chooses the jobs that make him more money and DOES NOT care.
