5 stars to Andre and Brian… Very happy with the work that Brian and Andre did at my home. They both were very knowledgeable, professional, explained the process of what happened, and how they were going to fix the issue I had. They had to do an excavation and were very careful with my grass and landscaping as best they could. Definitely recommend that if anyone has an issue, make sure to request these two gentlemen…. I sure will in the future if anything else should come up….field supervisor not so much for the recommendation.

Gabriel did a fantastic job installing a new water heater. He gave us an accurate estimate, clearly explained exactly what would be done, and showed up on time, ready to go. He had pulled a permit and explained about the inspection process. It took a much shorter time than we expected and looked great. He had cleaned up the area entirely. Gabriel is an asset to the company and shows me that First Choice plumbing cares about quality. We will definitely use them in the future. Oh, and even the inspector was impressed. It’s great when a contractor is licensed and insured and knows the local building codes!

We were experiencing low water pressure in our home and with one call to The Plumbing Works, We had someone at our house within two hours who immediately knew what the issue was and was able to make the repairs for reasonable price. I found this company to be highly honest and dependable and will use them again.

Very satisfied. called at 4:30 on a Friday, came out an hour later and repaired my continuously spraying shower head, (cartridge). very fair price too. Highly recommend.

Excellent and very responsive. We had a difficult plumbing situation and he did research and went out of his way to figure out a solution. Reasonably priced as well. I could not be happier about the prompt, high quality service for Elite. I had Elite install a new packaged unit AC on my rental property. Great Service from the beginning, estimate, to the install and permitting. Kept me informed during every step. I called Elite to service another AC unit at a rental property and they came the same day- diagnosed the problem and showed me pictures of the issue, which turned out to be a roofing issue. The third call to Elite was the heat not working on a older AC unit. They came the same day and fixed the problem. From the telephone call to the office, to dispatcher, to technician the service was always 5 star. Highly recommend Elite Electric and Air

The company and the three employees who came to my home starting from the Tech John and the installers Will and Fabian sorry if misspelled but they were awesome friendly professional and honest and clean! i recommended Elite to 2 neighbors hope they use you. The A/C was a bit costly but they gave me a good interest free 18 month plan. I know inflation and part shortage raised prices.still they did a professional and honest Job that all I could ask for.

The company is very reliable and responsive. No need to call twice. They did the job on the scheduled day. They have financing with 0 interest which was important for us. Their 2 employees who installed the new unit were highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard. They were honest in their advices, and willing the good for the customer. The new unit includes 2 free services. We are 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants an AC unit installed right and with no hassles.

John, please call me. Your work is all wrong down to the pipe size and won’t pass inspection. Nothing is strapped. Nothing is fire foamed. You charged me a lot of money, didn’t finish, and I can’t pass inspection. It is true the correct work is never done, and you never make good on it. I have to pay a new plumber to redo it all. I worked for this man. He has a hideous attitude, a venomous mouth, he will cut corners of he can get away with it, and he treats his employees (who are the ones doing 90% of his actual work) like we’re dogs. I highly recommend you call around and navigate AWAY from this page! PS-For anyone thinking of working for John… “RUN!”

Used them years ago; they had sent me a hello how are you doing need anything let me know everything alright email. Garbage disposal was acting up so I decided to go with a different setup. The technician came out because the kitchen sink was backed up. He checked 1 pipe which had no water or anything in it. Went ahead and used an electric snake and cleared the clog. He was friendly and did the job. However the report turned in to the rental agency was a complete lie. He misquoted things I said and claimed to pull out a lot of debris. I was with him the whole time and I saw nothing. They may get the job done, but I would prefer a company that practices honesty and has integrity.
