This mail is great… This place is definitely a family-friendly environment they have a movie theater now for the last 2 years I think I haven’t been to it yet but I have always go to this mall to get my uniform outfits… The food court is always packed which is always good because you never want to eat old food so the food is always rotating… Security is always riding around the parking lot watching your car and belongings making sure everything is safe…

Always a good mall to visit.

There are a few stores that have closed but there are also a few new ones that are opening. The food court also has fewer open restaurants at this time.

The variety of stores in the mall is good. The usual big box stores as well as a number of independent stores.

Overall you should be able to find what you’re looking for here.

While most malls in America can’t find attractive enough ways to entice new store openings or long term partnerships, Pembroke Lakes manages to handle a steady influx of change and longevity alike. Stores and restaurants to appeal to multiple generations keep this mall alive. The diversity amongst everyone is absolutely amazing. So whether people watching, or shopping for something, I definitely recommend perusing Pembroke Lakes.

Please give you a favor don’t ask for delivery . Today we had a fridge delivery and as we understood everything we paid for the delivery they will take care when they c. First you should one ell your driver not to smoke cigarettes .. I’m allergies to the smell and one of the driver smell it very bad. Second because of a tiny leak on the back valve for the connection he refuse to removed the old water connection . So I told him I will.i did it from the back of the fridge..as well they never removed the plastic tape papper from the fridge didn’t install it and never wait or explain anything.. bravo Again for a terrible terrible experience..
I Hope you will play attention as How at the end of Customer service you can do Much Better…
I wish we can post +(stars because it is what you deserved today

Everyone was helpful through the process. I had to have the shoes shipped to the store because they were out of stock. Only issue I had was their tracking information was incorrect. The e-mail had usps as the carrier and their was no information to be found. I had to contact customer service through the 1800# because the local store never answered when I called. Customer service was helpful and advised Fed ex was the carrier and the shoes were delivered 3 days ago to the store. I’m giving 4 stars because everyone was nice, but the company’s shipping system is messed up.

I have always loved Champs. It’s where I’ve been shopping for the better part of 13 years. The company has done a good job of keeping up with the trends in this ever changing market. I got ALL my kids shoes here. I buy my work cargoes and v-necks here as well. My only complaint was that I didn’t find anything on the men’s shoe wall for myself. The selection for men left wanting more.

Oct/28/21 I purchased a pair of Nike Air Macs 270 along with a pair of Crocs from this store.
Oct/29/21 the very next day I returned the Air Macs because I needed a bigger size which they didn’t have so I got a refund. Once I got my end of month bank statement I saw the money wasn’t refunded today now being Nov/16/21 since Oct/29/21. I called to ask why and they couldn’t answer. I asked for the manager they were rude at one point hanging up on me. Still in the process of dealing with this now but please be careful check your receipts after purchases and refunds because they hold onto your money for as long as they can. If I wasn’t paying attention my money would be gone

I went to go return some items. I checked online and the store hours said they closed at 8PM. I got into the mall and all the stores were still open around 7:35PM. I went to open the doors of the store and they were both locked. The lights were still on and I tried calling to get an associate, but no one picked up. Very disappointed, I drove out of my way to return these items on my way back to Orlando, FL.

Mixed feeling about here. I used to love shopping here but now the prices are outrageously high. Sale buy 1 @25 get 2 free. It’s like buying 3 shirts. But I understand the marketing strategy. Apart from that. Always have great clothing items still one of my favorites.

Used to work there, nice clean store but over work good employees and give them a horrible pay. On top of that you have grown men managers especially assistant ones that do to much. They act like retail is all that and how we need to be pressured to work on making big sales while they sit in the back watching anime. Overall a bad working environment that’s why everyone quit. *IF YOU ARE THINKING OF WORKING HERE DONT*

I have been a fan of Mrs. Fields cookies since I was a teenager in Chicago. I thought the chocolate chip cookie would taste as good as the cookies and ordered one for my child’s birthday. The presentation was very nice but the taste was not great. Everybody in my family including my child expressed their dislike for the cake. I thought it would taste better than Publix chocolate cookie cakes because of the name and expense. The cookie had no real taste but sugar and no one wanted seconds which is unusual for desserts in my home. I dont know if they didnt mix the ingredients right or what but it was not great.

I don’t know if the same people still own this establishment but lol I have a story. When I was in undergrad I used to work here and it was pretty much my first job ever. I was maybe 16 years old. The girl who worked with me went to Flanagan and basically broke down the job to me within the first week. Pretty simple. What was very odd and kinda funny looking back because at the time, I was actually kind of afraid, but she said we weren’t allowed to talk to eachother and the owners were watching us at all times. She would cry because of how overworked she was (a high schooler) and how taken advantage of she felt. She said the guy was always watching the cameras even after hours and would call her and she seemed to be very anxious around the entire thing which gave me a general bad vibe as well. They were also not the nicest people. The owner looked like a literal vampire and the little Latin woman who worked with him was kinda giving the same energy but smaller. Just not the friendliest or happiest looking people lol. We would work until about 2 ish am, my mom made me quit because I was a high schooler and I didn’t understand it at the times but yeah……this was nuts.

Idk if they still work there or if it’s still the same structure but that was odd lol. I wanted to share. Besides that cookies are awesome.

The service advisor whom I believe is the store manager at the Pembroke Lakes mall was AWESOME! He went above & beyond to get me exactly what I wanted to the degree that he made the glasses I wanted on your customizable website. Horrible customer service. Being there twice and was not able to make a purchase. The first trip the sales person rudely stated ” you can’t come in because the store was already full” It wasn’t what she said, it was her tone and demeanor. I went back there again today. Stood at the entrance for about 5 minutes and on one acknowledged me, so I went over to the rack to browse. Tried to get the sales rep attention twice and she acted as if she didn’t see, so I left. Horrible behavior and customer service.

Whoever was in charge of the store today, 11/17/21, at closing has horrible customer service and has a horrible attitude. I asked a question and the supervisor was like “alright, give me a sec. I’m doing something” and rolled her eyes. I told her I didn’t like her attitude, and she told replied she didn’t like me when I gave her no reason to be rude.We left at that point without buying anything they lost $150. GET BETTER MANAGERS/SUPERVISORS. The cashier was nice and pleasant. Also, I took my time building my shoes and when I got to the register they told me they had to remove all 26 charms. They removed both shoes when they could have just done one shoe and scan twice each charm because they were identical for both shoes. The same supervisor was like “well its more convenient for us to remove them all and scan them individually.” When I say horrible service i mean it.

I highly recommend Memorial West hospital for their emergency room and overall medical care. My mother was admitted to the emergency room in the evening, and she was attended right away with all her needs. The hospital staff is amazing, their response time ,and care is very well appreciated and needed. I like to a highly recognized nurse Andy in the ER for going above and beyond with my mother’s care. He would come in and check on us to see if we needed anything. He placed her blanket on her at night, and made sure she was well fed. The little things go along way! He has a natural way of making a hospital feel like home with his humor, genuine care, and very positive Spirit! Thank you Memorial West for a safe and recovered experience! I posted a happy picture of us!

I gave birth here December 29, 2021. The nurses in labor & delivery were so kind to me, especially nurse Lilly. She was there for me every step of the way during my labor and c section. She comforted me when I was a whimp through my epidural, and reassured me everything would be fine when I ugly cried upon finding out I needed a c section. I honestly think some of these nurses are doing gods work and she is certainly one of them, they don’t deserve us! She was hands down the best nurse I have ever had. Perhaps god put me with her because he knew I was so scared! The nurses who accompanied me during my surgery were also very kind and I am honestly grateful I had such amazing women around me. Overall I am very thankful for my experience at memorial west during my labor and delivery, and my doctor Dr. Robert Klein was awesome as well and took such good care of me and my baby.

It seems like the majority of people here major in either one of a couple of options in school… either how to better ignore you or interrupt you mid sentence no matter how important what you are telling them is.. or how to be the rudest and they possible can to your face without getting in trouble… if I had another option today I would have chosen not to come here but unfortunately I was transferred here so I got no option.. wish me luck and hopefully I’ll still be here tomorrow morning and they haven’t killed me overnight….

First I’d like to point out that most of their 5 star reviews have no comments attached, leading one to believe that they are fake, in an attempt to raise their score. My review: I went into the store 2 days ago. I was shopping for an electric bicycle. They have promotions and banners stating “ check out the power” of this bike. When I asked to do so, I was told by Nick (a young employee who was very nice yet unsure of many details) that the batteries haven’t been charged in quite some time. I looked at 2 bicycles that were also both not charged, so I was incapable of evaluating these products. As a business owner myself, I like to give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt prior to posting anything negative, as I understand that doing so isn’t always fair. So, I politely asked Nick if he would have these bikes charged up within 2 days time, at which point, I would return (at my inconvenience) to try and look at them once again. I left him with my name and phone number (he handed me the pen and paper) and asked him to please call me and let me know this has been done before I drove back. He stated that he would talk to his manager and then call me. Well, now 2 days have passed and I didn’t receive a call. This leads to certain conclusions: 1) he forgot entirely. 2) he spoke to the manager that did not care to follow up. 3) they have no interest in selling their products. Either way, a poor example of how they operate their business. I shall not be revisiting Dick’s for this item, nor any other.

Spencer’s is always cool like usual. It’s a pretty decent sized store with plenty of space to move around and look at the inventory and very clean! Customer service was good to, no problems there. Inventory is as expansive and neat to look at as it tends to be. Great Spencer’s as I’ve come to expect!
