American painting repainted our bungalow in St Pete. We are very happy with the results. The job took a full week and Michael and Holly were on time every morning. Michael is a personable guy. He’ll talk your ear off if you give him half a chance. That’s the only negative thing I can say about my dealings with AP&PS. Michael always returned my calls, showed up on time, and did an excellent job of painting the exterior of my house. A lot of guys could do that, though, and the thing that sets Michael above the crowd is that he listened to my concerns and followed up on them. For instance, when I moved into our house there was NO landscaping, and so every plant you see, I personally planted it. Also the ones that died before I planted these. I asked him to be careful with the plants, and of course, he said he would. I fully expected to see them all trampled after the work was done, but he took great care to see that they were not damaged. I really appreciated that. He also did extra work, such as painting a concrete wall next to the property, all on his own. I couldn’t recommend Michael highly enough. You’ll get quality work and hear a few good stories as well.

David came to our townhouse and gave us a great price for extensive work. He was great with communicating how long the project would take and what rooms he would need access to. He is extremely meticulous and his attention to detail was phenomenal! We kept on adding to the project list because of his work! Our townhouse looks brand new! We will ALWAYS use David an Pro Painter of Pinellas!

What a fantastic experience we had with Paul, Laurie, and Joel. They really breathed life back into our bungalow, highlighted the old gal’s charms, and spruced up her rough spots. I’m so grateful to have found folks who treated our home with such genuine care, and it shows in every inch of their work.

We’ve had Tropical Painting out to do both the interior and exterior of our home. On both occasions, they were spectacular to work with – fairly priced, very communicative, highly detailed, and all around pleasant to work with.

We hired Cover Up Painting Solutions twice and were very pleased with the results. Our two story wood frame rental duplex had become an eyesore. The owner made sure the work done was high quality. He worked well with the tenants too. They painted our home and coordinated some minor repairs to the soffit and porch ceiling. We receive tons of compliments on the finished product. The prices were extremely competitive, but they don’t cut corners.

Joe the owner and Slim did a great job, the cut ins were very good and trim, gutters, facia and soffits are all really great looking. Let alone the house it looks fantastic. I would not think twice about my house painting again, I would be calling Joe. As well as I have given out his business cards and word of mouth. Alot of friends knew we were looking to get the house painted and they have all said they like it and would have no problem having them do their house painted by Joe and crew.
