YPA did a great job for us. They took a tenuous situation, assessed it, advised us of what to expect during the process and let the charge from there. While it took awhile to resolve, we did resolve our claim with insurance company to our satisfaction. They were professional, prompt and aware of what was going on throughout the transaction. We could not be happier with the service & value we received from YPA.

There’s no word how grateful I an of Tara Munoz from your private adjuster.My condo got flooded & molding.Tara got me an my service dogs an my other dogs,an family accommodation for us to stay.With out her I would had been so lost is stressful already being out your damage home.She took care of everything an focus on all my need.I 100% recommended Tara Munoz to be your private adjuster.

Alan and Andrew are great people and extremely knowledgeable!
My insurance started to play games with us and take their time in responding. Hiring Reliable Claims Adjusting made all the difference in the world so our home could be properly repaired from the flood on our entire main floor! At first, the insurance access our damages and send us a check on the amount of $12,000. With Alan and Andrew’s hard work and expertise, everything got settled within couple months and the insurance sent us a second check on the amount of over $15,000 on top of the first check! Major Kudos to Alan Gordon and the entire Reliable Claims Adjusting team in their efforts to help us through our claims process! After discovering major damage from water and building/construction defect that affected not only our master shower but also our kitchen, Alan & his team went to work to help not only begin the remediation process but also with a fair and just settlement of the claim with our insurance carrier.
