A few yours ago the adjuster was extremely
Helpful and stress free.
My son ( a disable vet)had a pipe leak in his kitchen 3 months ago I called FLPA because I knew I could trust them and they will handle this matter for my son.
I would always recommen FLPA to family and friends.

This might have been the worst experience I have ever dealing with a company. The first time the check was endorsed by the wrong bank. The second time the check was lost. I am not sure what is going on but I had absolutely the worst experience. They just dont care as long as they get paid.

They respond immediately to your need, take an action the same day, resolve the acute problem, and then establish a complete plan to address the repairs the most convenient way for you. Hiring Lior Rabin as a Public Adjuster was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

VERY impressive results. After flood damage from a broken pipe, my house was a mess.

Working with Lior, I was able to avoid so much stress, uncertainty, and loss of restitution. He is completely knowledgeable about insurance policies, insurance companies, and estimating repairs. He is thorough, methodical, detailed, patient, and very attentive to all your concerns.

Every phone call and email was answered promptly.

Most of all, Lior is a very courteous and kind gentleman to deal with. His office staff is as well. It made the awful chore of battling with the insurance company much less ugly and exasperating. In an insurance situation like this, you really need to have a professional on your side.

Raul and his team were simply amazing. He did genuinely cared and fought hard for me with Insurance company. Got me every dollar for replacing my roof and then some more.
He was always available, even for remote meetings during pandemic.
Took the time to answer all our questions.
He is a man of principles and values and we appreciate that.

Cristina and her firm was recommended to me by a relative for a flood damage I had at home, she was always available and responsive to my questions. I can say she was always there during the whole process and always gave good advise. Just watched a very able bodied woman, in this company’s wrapped vehicle take the last handicap parking spot, in the rain, at the grocery store. No handicap decals in sight. Not a good look…ever… but especially when your company’s logo and phone number are plastered on the side of the vehicle for all to see.
