We had the very difficult to install angular wood 2′ x 6″ pattern planks you may see in the website here. This involves a great deal of cutting and great workmanship which Floor Coverings International performed. We are extremely pleased with the job they did and now have a beautiful floor in our condo. We highly recommend.

We have been looking at luxury vinyl flooring options for a while now due to some issues with our natural wood floors. We did extensive research and spoke with numerous companies but none of them met our needs and requests like the team at Floor Coverings International. The detail they provided made us extremely comfortable that we were getting a fair price and that the job would be done as explained and they would do their best to be on time, which is no easy task considering how behind everything is currently. While we did have a slight delay, we were informed of it immediately and were kept in contact with as to when it would be completed. I’m so happy with how our gorgeous new floors turned out and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

What an amazing job they did! Bill is very professional and easy to communicate with and made the process simple. John and Keith worked very hard and we were so pleased with how quickly they moved. We had vinyl installed throughout the house and everything came out perfect. Their pricing is great and the products are very good quality. One thing I really appreciated is that other companies would have required me to get my own plumber to remove and replace the toilet during the install while with Wholesale, John took care of everything for us! I would recommend them a million times over!

This is a great store to shop at has lots of good quality products and many choices to choose from.
JJ is my sales rep always with a good attitude and always happy to help.

We are so happy with how the tile job turned out. JJ is an excellent salesperson and our installation crew consists of two super polite, neat, careful and skilled young men. The transformation is nothing short of stunning. We have our dream balcony from payment to installation in one week. Who can ask for more? Thank you JB Flooring.

Jared was of great help and always willing to help. An issue was encountered when removing some old damage floor and he came to check and provide great input.

The installation team Dave and Dan from Mink’s flooring were extremely professional and friendly. Dave and Dan level the floor with such an ease. They installed the new flooring with a lot of attention to detail. Dave provided excellent input and he made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

I absolutely recommend Jared at Carpet Store and Dave and Dan from Mink’s flooring for flooring needs.

I needed some sheet vinyl that matched closely to what I already had in my home. Jared was able to find some but unfortunately it sold out before I could purchase. Not to fear he was able to find something more the size I needed, and it cost less! The whole process took 15 minutes and $30 bucks. Would highly recommend for their large selection and friendly, efficient sales people. With that said don’t hesitate to buy. What’s there today might be gone tomorrow!

This is the third time I have used the carpet store for vinyl laminate flooring. I’ve dealt with Cory twice and have had great experience each time. When it comes to installation, I had an excellent experience with Dave, Junior and Chris.They were very punctual, experienced and paid a lot of attention to detail. Very happy this job went smoothly and wouldn’t hesitate to use these 3 installers or the company again.

I hate shopping for carpet or wood floors.

I went in with my wife two weekends ago to check out what Bob’s had.

First of all I was blown away with a customer service. We were attended two questions were answered and we actually got good information.

When we found the floors that we like. I was surprised at the price was way more competitive than the big box stores like Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Also when we asked how quickly they could get them installed I was shocked to learn they would have them within five days.

As I write this my wife and I are dancing on our new floors in our house that we had installed and purchased for half the price we were quoted at other places.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. They’re great people with great prices and they actually do what they say they’re going to do with a smile. I get them a double thumbs up.

Our experience with Bob’s Carpet could not have been better. Our salesperson was very helpful, and friendly during the whole buying process. Our carpet was delivered on time as promised. The star of the experience goes to the installer. He removed everything from both rooms and put everything back when done. As promised, we could not see any seams when the job was completed. W will be back!

BEWARE! We went to Bob’s to have vinyl flooring installed in our motor home. We spoke with James who told us that his installer was the best in the area for installing vinyl floors in motor homes. James said that he does them all the time. We ordered our flooring and James told us to call the following Tuesday to ensure that it was delivered. When we did call on Tuesday, the woman who answered said that she was with a customer and she would go look and call us back. She did call us and said that our vinyl was in and confirmed that we were scheduled for install on that Thursday. On Wednesday, we called again to confirm the install appointment on Thursday and to find out what time to be to be there and where we should park our motor home once we arrived. The guy who answered the phone this time asked where we were, they’d been waiting for us to arrive for the install. We explained that we were scheduled for the next day and had confirmed that. So, he said, we will see you tomorrow morning. The next morning, we arrived as scheduled only to be told that our vinyl had not come in. When we first ordered the vinyl we had explained that we had travel plans for Christmas. We were now standing there with no vinyl on Thursday before Christmas having been assured that it was there and ready for install. The shipment was delayed by a terrible weather related pile-up coming from the manufacturer. We understand that these things happen but why did the woman tell us it was there?? Why were we a no-show to an appointment that was, besides being on the wrong day, could not have been done because there was no product to install, even though we had called three times to verify. NEXT- the installation was poor quality. We had to have them call the installer to come back to the shop and we had to drive back there on Christmas Eve because he left a jagged edge loose around the steering column area and he left a long edge just hanging off of the slide out. We asked him to trim it off but when we returned, he had folded it under and left. The whole experience has been bad. DO NOT GO HERE WITH YOUR MOTOR HOME.

Excellent service, extremely pleased with the outcome. Terry’s team did a back room for me that was on some very difficult old tile. I was hoping to match the rest of the house with the wood floors back there. This wasn’t easy to do, a few other quotes from local providers couldn’t even identify the wood I had. Terry was able to find a well priced engineered wood that came out great. The stain matched the rest of the house exactly as I had hoped. His team was very professional and was able to work on a live-in project without interrupting my household at all. The quote was priced reasonably as well. This wasn’t a big job by any means but it felt as though I was getting just as good of service as complete home job would.

Hardwood Specialists did a great job restoring the 100 year old Oak floors in two rooms in my Crescent Lake home. This was also the cleanest floor refinishing experience I’ve ever had. I recommend using Hardwood Specialists!

Spoke with Sean and he helped us pick out a floor to match our existing hardwood. Super easy to work with, was able to answer all our questions, and was able to set up a pick up for the next day at another store that had inventory in stock. Definitely will be visiting again when we choose to redo the bedroom flooring.

I just bought a home that has Bellawood floors. They patiently went over care instructions and were very nice and professional. While there, I browsed the selection of flooring. There is a wide range of wood floors available. Really nice choices.

Great job across the board. I called to get our floors cleaned from stains due to construction/renovation. Our floor had stains that we tried to clean for a few months with vinegar, tile cleaner, steam, you name it. Dave, the owner, was here to assess the scope of work. Zack promptly texted several dates and took care of scheduling the appointment and Trey arrived on time and got the job done carefully and expeditiously. They are all courteous, friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend 1800MarbleGuy and will use them again if the need arises.

This was our 3rd time to the store. This last experience was the best! We needed to purchase tile and all the supplies needed to renovate our master bathroom. We did not have an appointment but we’re trying to find an associate/employee to help us. We shopped around, no one asked if they could assist…BUT after waiting for quite sometime and standing in the store trying to schedule an appointment online…. here comes an extremely nice and personable Designer, Ashley Donaldson. We can not say enough wonderful things about her! She was AMAZING to work with! Ashley immediately asked if she could help us, she was smiling and knowledgeable! She answered our questions, made suggestions about products and helped assure we had all supplies needed for our job. Ashley Donaldson went above and beyond! She was so easy and kind to work with! We will gladly suggest our friends, family and others go to this Floor & Decor for their tile needs!
