I’ve used Paul, the owner of surface experts, several times before to clean my tile and area rugs which he cleaned so expertly, restoring them to new condition, that he was the first person I thought to call to help me out of a terrible and difficult situation. I had to get urine out of the car which was on an upholstered seat and it was saturated and wreaked like a cat’s litter box. I called Paul from Surface Experts and asked if he could clean the seat and remove the urine and he said he’d come out right away so it doesn’t set more. He came within a half hour on a weekend, and since he was here I had him clean all the interior upholstery seats. He is such a conscientious person that he cleaned the entire car interior, every surface, including doors, trim and mats and restored it back to how it looked and smelled when I bought it! He’s a miracle worker!! There was not even the faintest trace of urine when he finished!! Amazing. And he stands behind every job and told me he’d come back out and re-treat if any residual smell was detected later. It didn’t, but it gave me peace of mind to know that he’d come back out for free if it did. Some companies might say they are experts but Paul with Surface Experts truly is the best in the business. And he’s an all-around great human being who genuinely cares about people and doesn’t RIP you off or overcharge for unnecessary work. Paul and Erica cleaned over 600 sq ft of 1980’s ceramic tile and grout. What a difference! Our floors look like new (as much as 80’s tile can look!). They were professional, moved all our furniture and returned everything exactly the way we had it. Erica is a very hard worker and definitely is an asset to Paul’s team! The price was reasonable and it will cost less in the future because we’ll only have to clean traffic areas. Our house is very happy 😃.

Paul and Erika were amazing! I had a sectional cleaned today by them and we were impressed by their professionalism and respect they had for our home. They covered our front door and floors prior to cleaning the sectional. After they finished the sectional they made a point to not only clean up their work space but also cleaned our base boards, floor and blinds that the sectional backed up to. Chris’s Carpet has cleaned our treasured Oriental rug for over 20 years and every time they make it look like new again.
Over those years have had various other rugs in our homes that they have taken care of as well.
And yes we have had pets if that is a concern for you.

Castle keepers did an excellent job of cleaning approximately 1800 ft.² of tile in our home. They were very professional and we learned a lot about caring for our tile in the future. They were very punctual and timely arriving and completing an outstanding cleaning of our tile and grout. The job was finished at the price we agreed upon. I foster dogs. Get my area rugs cleaned after each time. Been thru 4 diff companies. This is the only company I keep calling back. ALWAYS on time. Not overpriced at all. Truck mounted cleaning system ( huge difference in cleaning results), they don’t apply scotchguard with a silly hand held spray bottle, quick response time. I really appreciate Cody who does a great job for me. The fact that the same technician keeps coming to do the job says a lot as well! He’s happy with his company. Don’t waste your time with other companies. Try them out yourself.

My husband and I have paid carpet clearers to come in and clean our carpet just to be charged a large amount of money and the carpet being left wet and pretty much the same as before they arrived. Doll Bros and their dry cleaning technique restored our carpet to near-new condition. Worth every penny we spent. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a truly clean carpet.

The three (3) main things on my mind before hiring Inside Home Cleaning were: Safety…Performance…and Cleaning Outcome. I suspect that these things are on the minds of others as well.

Is it safe to bring strangers into my home filled with personal items – some valuable? Will they perform well in terms of scheduling, responsiveness to calls / texts, show up at the scheduled time and bring the right equipment to do the job? Will they work hard to achieve the detailed cleaning outcome I was envisioning and hoping for?

Rick and his team at Inside Home Cleaning excelled in all three (3) categories. Fact. Rick and his team were very professional and actually analytical in the manner in which they weighed the options to determine the best and most effective tools and techniques to clean a 30+ year old tile floor (and bathrooms) throughout the lower level of my home. Good natured…polite and extremely detailed in their work. One couldn’t ask for more.

I have been associated with this company since it started. They are always professional, offer fair pricing, highly responsive to any issues, which I’ve never had any. Anita was very nice. However, reschedule day of and then again on the rescheduled day. She said she would arrive @ 10:30 if it were okay to move my scheduled time. She then did not arrive until 11:35. I emphasized that I needed dusting to be done including blinds, windowsills, furniture, and ceiling fans. As seen in my photos and videos this was not done in completion. I also asked that the entirety of the house be vacuumed and and hard surfaces mopped. Which you will see was not done. She claimed to have spent three hours cleaning but like I said left during that time. We paid in full but will not be continuing services.

I have used this store for 10 years and they always help me out of a jam. Because of tenants I have changed carpets now 5 times in ten years. Most of the time I didn’t know I would need to change the carpet so I was never able to schedule ahead. But the staff and crew here are so helpful they always fit me in and meet my very short turn around time. I especially want to give a shout out to TJ. We are moving back into our house and needed to replace the carpet again unexpectedly. Thank you for coming through and going the extra mile!!!

My initial interaction on the phone with Jason was great. He was very nice and we set an appointment. I called on the morning of the appointment to ask him to be on time and it went to voice mail. 38 minutes before our appointment I received a call back from a lady who said that Jason was still out of town. She said she called because she heard my message on the message machine. I said that I had been sitting all morning at home waiting for Jason, and it was not professional to cancel at the last minute. She refused to apologize for canceling the appointment at the last minute, telling me that they were “very busy”, and then hung up on me. When I wrote to Jason, he took the same position, defending the bad attitude of the lady who called. While I understand that changes can occur in one’s travel plans, there is no excuse for not calling within a reasonable time to cancel, so that I can go about my day. This was simply a no-show. A simple apology for making me sit at home the whole morning would have resolved the whole matter.

You can spend all the money you want on product but it is the installation that makes things good or bad. Had hard flooring installed in a condo and they did an excellent job. No transitions (thresholds) or non-straight lines. In closets, hallways, bath with no break in product.

Just finished an 800ft2 tile job with them week of April 26, 2021. Dan our PM gave us a same day estimate and had the crew onsite in 4 days counting the weekend! Crew was from Brazil – professional and FAST. They had to remove old glue down carpet, prep floor and lay new tile. Did a thorough job, cleanup every night and no problems! Would highly recommend them!

Jerry is a hard working, honest business man. Thank goodness we chose this company when we replaced our carpet with engineered hardwood. Due to no fault of Jerry’s, there were difficulties with the installation of our flooring. Jerry stood by us and made it right. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring. “We chose Therma-Core RC titanium laminate after Jerry’s presentation of viable choices. Came and did measurements & confirmed that the titanium product would indeed be the right one. Gave quote and scheduled installation date. Explained procedure to install in detail. Having concerns of dust & other issues experienced by my daughter who purchased from a box store we were quick to learn that our installers were way and miles above.
