Working with LaBram Homes was an absolute pleasure! Their ability to take our ideas and requests and turn them into beautiful designs exceeded our expectations for our specific lot. They took advantage of the shape and size of the lot with close attention to detail every step of the way! Great price and excellent work. Tom answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. My insurance wanted my roof done within 30 days and they made sure that happened and even handled some paperwork issues with my insurance. They let me know step by step what was happening. Great company, Definitely recommend!

What I like about Precision build is they are not a cookie cutter company. Starting from the ground up they understand we all don’t have unlimited resources. The customer service and response times made me feel like I did. I would recommended Tom and the team from the smallest job to the largest job. They really build a relationship.

We absolutely love our new home built by Canopy Builders. Ben was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He took all of our ideas/wants/needs into consideration and turned them into our dream home. Lauren was also fantastic to work with. She used our visions and definitely made our design wishes come true. We also really enjoyed working with Justin, the project manager. He is very friendly, responsive, and on top of it. If we ever had issues/concerns/questions, the entire team was extremely responsive. They really aim to please their clients. We are very happy with our decision to build with Canopy!

House looks great from the outside but once you get it in you notice all the flaws(mostly cosmetic). If a builder doesn’t even bother to hide mistakes on a paint job which BTW can cover up a lot flaws, what flaws are behind the walls that we can’t even see. Definitely overpriced for their product.

They start construction far too early at illegal times in the morning. Myself, family members and neighbors have tried to call numerous times to ask them to just work during city-approved hours. No changes yet, this is a last ditch attempt. Only use Canopy if you want all your neighbors to dislike you before you even move in.

Darren Brinkley designed and managed the building of our LEEDS Platinum certified home in South Tampa in 2010, and it is working perfectly to date. It is not exaggerating to say that it brings us joy every day. He made the project fun, despite the usual ups and downs of erecting a house to one’s satisfaction. He is collaborative, experienced at green building, and ingenious in solving problems. And he’s a wonderful man to work with- highly committed to a pleasing result.

Phill’s Home Construction was recommended to me not only for their quality of service but also for their quality of character. I hired Phill’s to remodel and update a home I recently purchased. The project was delivered on time, on budget and looks beautiful. All the workers were professional, respectful and they cleaned up every day. Not only am I pleased with the final result but also excited to have found a reputable, respectful, trustworthy company. Marlon Phillips came as a knowledgeable contractor and left as a friend. I highly recommend him to anyone ready to take on the challenge of a home renovation. He will not disappoint!

The seal plate in our crawl space under our sliding door, in our family room needed replaced due to water damage. This problem has caused us a lot of anxiety and money spent to fix it. We want to sell and it would not pass an inspection. We tried unsuccessfully with several contractors to have this problem fixed. The first job done wrong, other contractors did not know how to fix it or would not do it. Phil came in with complete confidence and knowledge of how to fix it. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We were so pleased with how good it looks and the job was done right, up to code. The area was left clean too! We highly recommend Phil’s Construction and look forward to using him with confidence for future projects! Jill P

My wife and I bought a townhouse that was newly built by Modern Tampa Bay Homes that was a few months old. Nice design and great overall quality, no notable problems. There were a few minimal and not-unexpected issues as typical for a new build, and the company and especially Joe Streeval were very responsive as far as getting people out to take a look at the issues, following up and getting them resolved. Very friendly and professional as well. Would recommend.

This company is great when it comes to design snd build time…but unfortunately the structural problems, lack of responses, and overall experience after you’ve gotten the property is HORRIBLE. It completely outweighs the property as a whole as multiple issues both structurally and cosmetically have appeared and are due to rushed work honestly.

Visited a friend who had their home designed and build by MTBH. They raved about how amazing the communication was. By the looks of their home I would say this company lives up to their name! It was modern and beautiful. Like nothing I have seen before. If you’re looking for a home with comfort and luxury that stands out from the rest of your neighborhood i would highly suggest MTBH!

Excellent, hardworking team! CFP Home Construction built-out a brand new master bath and walk-in closet that I could not be more please with! Their team was always professional and punctual. Based on our significant experience with other contractors, I can safely say CFP stands above the rest. We would definitely recommend CFP to anyone looking for high quality, honest contractor. We did a total remodel of a condo, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, moved walls, replaced all sliding doors and window, etc. The work was completed in 3 months with regular involvement of Cal and his crew that did most of the work. There were all courteous, helpful, and willing to work with us. We moved in just prior to the Covid shutdown and are pleased with the work product.
