We could not be more grateful for the Groza team. We did so much research on great builders in the area and Groza just was our #1 pick from the very beginning. From the moment we walked into their model home we truly felt like we were home. But what really sold us was their exceptional costumer service from the very beginning they have been upfront, honest, professional and most of all, their invested in making sure the vision and dream for our home comes to life. LeAndra is our girl and she’s just awesome! We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Groza and he’s a true professional and cares a lot about his buyers needs and wants for their home. To be honest if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to build our first home, we called and scheduled for an appointment on the only day we were both off, on Saturday. Online it says they aren’t open so I thought it was weird that they would schedule on a day it says they aren’t open for, but we went anyway and yup, we were right. They scheduled us on a day they weren’t even open. Super unprofessional and just plain rude. I’m not going to even bother continuing business with them.

Jessica Franco was the best. She was helpful,find answers about my new house. Kept updated and knowledgeable about the home. John Browning the Contract Manager was also responsive and answered any questions I had. They were professional and a true pleasure to work with . Jessica went above and beyond and never made u feel like u were bothering her. Fantastic group of people to work and now have a beautiful home. Truly could not go wrong getting a house built by them .

They built a house across from mine and I have to say they are dirty and have no regards for the people living around them. They trashed the road. Loose dirt sat on the lot and in the road for so long. We have to pressure wash the front of our house and our driveway because of it. They didn’t build the house in a timely manner. Honestly am sad for the people who bought it. It sat around in weather at all different stages. They didn’t build the lot up high enough for the people to not have issues with flooding in part of their lot. I legitimately watched them fill and discuss how they needed more dirt but they laid sod down without putting more dirt. Someone hit our mailbox too and I can’t prove it was them but now we have to fix our mailbox.

Just like the PM person who posted a review a week ago .I myself won’t recommend Holiday builders to anyone. Once you close on your house it’s like you never exist to none of them. I’ myself been waiting on the painter to come back and repaint the outside of the house where they had to repair the stucco. I called and text the construction manager Kenny and he gave me a excuse just as he did from day one of the build.he gave the very same excuse about they aren’t a custom builder. It’s bad when you spending your hard earned money inturns to be treated in such a manner.i wish I could start this process over with a different builder as well as the people who works for holiday. You have one or two that done a good job .Joe from. The sales office and Kerri from. Holiday builders title company..

When I’m to ask question. We weren’t greeted then guy ask you have an appt we said no just inquiring he said are you guys looking with in a year our quickest home is for a year I said we were hoping 6-8 months. He said guess we aren’t the place for you. I didn’t get his name but this bigger older man wasn’t rude to someone who is possibly about to spend 350k with you guys. We walked out. Terrible service in 2 minutes.

The process throughout the build was great and the house is amazing. The only reason I gave this review three stars is simply because once you close that’s it. They will not return calls or come out and fix anything that was found throughout the final walk. There’s a receptacle that doesn’t work, a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms that is missing the pull cord and we can’t turn it on (we actually found a note in the kitchen drawer mentioning the missing cord right next to the cord, we are missing tile grout in the kitchen and other spots throughout the house, and numerous areas that caulking was missed, the front door sticks . It also didn’t help that when we did move in we had to go through and plug every appliance in, I had to hook up the water lines for the washer and the fridge, had to hook up the dryer vent. One side of the house with three bedrooms is 5-8 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. We closed early December and was told the items would be fixed before closed. It’s been a month now with no return call or even an email. When you close they give a book with sheets of paper in it and they tell you to write down any issues then take a picture and email it but it’s useless.

My Synergy build was a bit of a mixed experience. The good: The initial process with Mayra was great. She was attentive, friendly and informative. The energy efficiency of the home is as they claim. Electric bills extremely low and the house holds temperature very well. Also their one year electric reimbursement was a very smooth process and the staff would quickly respond to emails. The house appears to be well built overall. The bad: In the pouring of the driveway they left shingles on top (of a tarp to protect it from rain) of the not yet cured cement sidewalk and driveway which consequently was indented permently and they never fixed it. I understand it’s difficult to fix but was a big mistake. Two of the four trees they installed were dead by the time of move-in and did not get replaced. There were also a bunch of little issues with the house overlooked in the final walkthrough so I had to contact the warranty department often, of which, was very difficult to get a response from over the phone or by email (over the past year). However, the new person overseeing the warranty department the last few months has been great (responds quickly and gets somebody out as soon as possible). So maybe that has been addressed.

I can’t understand why people like this place. The quality of the food does not equate to the cost of the food. Individual tacos start at $4.50 and include no frills, unless you don’t mind paying an up charge for every little thing.

So you order two tacos expect two tacos and nothing more. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer more classic tacos. Why are we putting tater tots on everything??? Correction, if you want a boring taco it still will cost you $4.50, for real? I would need 3 or more to begin to feel like I have had enough. Also if you get a daily special taco, be sure to ask the price. I wound up paying $9 for a tiny ahi tuna taco.

If you are looking for a truly good taco place I would look elsewhere.

While our house was being built she was never too busy for us in answering all our questions. Our closing also went smoothly and we are very happy with our new home. I am a blessed homeowner of an Oak model Maronda home. I just a had a closing last week and my overall experience was good. The sales assistant was Yanina Hall and she is a wonderful person, communicative and very responsive. she literally helped to ease up the home buying stressful process for me . Jeff( I do not remember his last name) was the person in charge building the house . He was very pleasant to work with as well, very detailed on explaining the architectural house plan. I definitely recommend these two people to work with and hopefully Maronda homes recognized the outstanding work performance that they do.
