What I really liked about the people over at Luxury Bath is that they make sure everything is done the right way. These guys showed up on time and did what they said they would do which was great. They then went above and beyond what was required of them. The owner of this company came out and actually instructed another contractor we had hired to make sure that our new air conditioning unit was properly installed and put in the correct location. The owner made sure that we were completely taken care of and that everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who wants their remodeling done and want it done right.

I have used services from Luxury Bath a few times now and find they do excellent work. Last year we had them remodel one of the bathrooms in our house, and this year when we needed another bathroom remodeled, we went back to them as they did an outstanding job with the first bathroom. We really enjoyed working with the project manager from Luxury Bath, the workers have always been on time, they are very tidy while they work, and very flexible when it came to making changes after the work had started. I would highly recommend Luxury Bath to anyone in need of remodeling work done, and would gladly use them again if I need any more remodeling done.

Luxury Bath took out a bathtub and put in a new one, retiled the walls and fixed the floor–because the floor had to be adjusted, which worked out fine. It was my first time using them and they were punctual, they cleaned up and they were friendly and quiet. I would call them again simply because the experience was pretty easy. I interviewed a couple other people and Luxury Bath just seemed to know what they were doing. And the price was good and the work turned out fine.

I’m so happy with the work that I had done! The quartz looks amazing and the installers were fantastic. They were really friendly and were so great about keeping everything clean while they worked. They even put cardboard on my laminate floors to protect them. The people in the office are great too. Very helpful and knowledgeable!

I would highly recommend using Oldja Kitchen and Bath. We had a complete kitchen remodel done which included taking down walls, cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical and sheetrock work. The kitchen came out beautifully and working with Jim Wittstruck was a pleasure from beginning to end. They were professional, completed the project on time, and for the price quoted. We couldn’t be happier.

Grand Kitchen & Bath cut a critical and significant corner in the build out of my commercial bakery, but one that I didn’t know until problems arose. This is a warning to those considering working with this company to renovate or build out a space.

In my case, rather than installing and gluing down commercial flooring which is necessary to withstand rolling carts of cookies, ingredients, etc., Grand Kitchen & Bath ordered and installed residential click-lock (floating) flooring. The result: beginning just over a year after moving in, the floor planks began to curl at the edges, the locking mechanisms in several planks have broken, and in a few places the planks are cracked. It has now been over 2 years since moving in and the situation is getting worse. Moreover, because residential flooring was installed in a commercial space, the manufacturers warranty is void. The warped planks create a tripping hazard for my team and will only get worse as the planks continue to warp. Richard Valmain, the owner of Grand Kitchen & Bath, took nearly a year after my first call regarding the flooring issue to come out to the bakery to see for himself. And, rather than taking responsibility for his actions, Richard lied and said the flooring was commercial grade, blamed me for the problem, said there was no warranty and said I would need to pay to have new flooring installed. I should note that the flooring installed is not the flooring nor installation method that was defined in our contract (this is a clear breach of contract). Additionally, throughout the course of the renovation of my space, Richard made mistakes (like building a full wall where a half wall was supposed to be) and blamed them on me, charged me $325 to move a piece of equipment into the space instead of calling me to let me know it had been delivered (ie: gave me no opportunity to handle the move myself, and instead charged a ridiculous fee for 10 minutes worth of work), was cantankerous and difficult to deal with on multiple occasions and ultimately, is not someone I would ever do business with again nor would I recommend him to anyone else. If you are considering a renovation, stay far away from Richard Valmain and Grand Kitchen & Bath.

Working with Richard, Julie and their team was the best remodeling experience ever. Everyone who participated in the project was super knowledgeable, courteous and paid extreme attention to detail. The selection of materials to choose from was very impressive, too. We are so pleased with the results. We would work with the Grand team again in a minute!

In response to the Stuart-Lippman review of Grand Kitchen performance of the kitchen and flooring remodel, I feel compelled to explain what I personally know of this project. I was the installer of the vinyl plank flooring that Mr. Lippman is stating was installed incorrectly, I have installed numerous vinyl floors and this is the first time I have heard of an issue regarding faulty installation. I was notified by Richard that there may be an issue with tenting of seams, which means that something is forcing the vinyl planks to raise at the joints, this problem could be due to various reasons. Such as, large degrees of moisture or perhaps not allowing for proper expansion. The baseboards were off the walls and a quarter inch gap was allowed from the edge of vinyl to the drywall , plenty of room for expansion. I was in question of what might be the problem so I set an appointment to meet with Mr. Lippman and inspect the floor. I was also prepared to rectify any problem that may exist with the flooring. However, when arriving to the site I was shocked to see that more than half of the flooring was removed either by the homeowner or his phase-2 remodel contractor, even the footprint of the home had changed meaning a laundry room was converted into a bathroom and closets were removed etc. Obviously, the most important part of what I saw was the flooring was simply gone, well at least most of it, what had remained from what Grand kitchen installed had no signs of faulty installation whatsoever. There was no tenting, there was no lipping, and it was as it should be. So I am definitely confused as to the review regarding the vinyl flooring. I have known Richard for over 7 years and he has always stood behind his work. That is why he sent me to review, and if needed repair or make adjustments to the flooring that we put down. But all I could do was call him to inform him that the vinyl flooring had been removed and what was left was in perfect shape less some damage that apparently occurred when the homeowner or the phase 2 contractor removed the flooring.

Moore Creative added a bedroom for me and completely renovated my kitchen. The quality of the work is amazing and the end result is exactly what I wanted. The price was on point and I didn’t feel like there were any added expenses I wasn’t aware of. All of the people that worked on my home were very considerate of us living in the house during the renovation and everyone became “buddies” with my dog. I would highly recommend Moore Creative Construction as the price and quality has exceeded my expectations.

I came in this morning around 1030 & the sales woman was helping another customer however, I passed her 3 times in 10 minutes and not once did she acknowledge my presence, say hello, tell me she’d be with me shortly nope she ignored me.

Unfortunately, it’s a loss of full kitchen, laundry room and 2 bathrooms..horrible service.

I visited their showroom on 22nd Ave in St. Pete. I spoke with their contractor, Joe, about an upcoming home improvement project for my kitchen and bathroom. Joe was knowledgeable and patient with me because I had a lot of questions and ideas to run by him. He came to my home to take some pictures and measurements. He was always on time. I got an estimate from him in a timely manner, which was about what I was expecting for new countertops, plumbing work, backsplash tile and painting. I can’t wait to see my new kitchen and bath when we are done!

One Stop Kitchens and Bath installed our kitchen and baths nearly 2 years ago. During that process, we were treated professionally. The installers were always punctual and put in a full day of hard work until the job was complete. We were listened to and heard and the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time as promised. I love showing off my home. Recently I had a problem with a kitchen shelf and I called One Stop for repair. They returned my call quickly and scheduled the repair appointment promptly. All went well and we are very happy with the service and repair.

We have been using QHR for years, and Grady and company have always done first rate work for us. They have always been professional, friendly, and have always done excellent work. They have done jobs ranging from door repair, stucco repair, to complete window replacement (18 windows). We have an old house that sometimes requires special knowledge, and Grady has that in spades! I recommend them without hesitation!

After recently completing a complete demo / kitchen renovation project with The Showroom, I highly recommend choosing The Showroom for any and all home improvement project needs. The empathy shown by the Showroom did not go unnoticed. We had this company completely remodel our new condo.They were able to help me with ideas on the design.They were professional and always responsive to any of my questions and completed the entire project ahead of projected timeline.
All my friends have commented just how beautiful my condo looks and how exquisite my kitchen cabinets and shower tile and bathrooms look now.
They also love my flooring too. Their pricing was excellent as well.

We hired Bee Studios and were very unhappy. Brooke is clearly over-booked. She charged $5000 (non-refundable) to reserve a place on her calendar and then she missed all her own deadlines laid out in her contract (that she wrote!) with us. When we decided to cancel and use someone else who has more time, she has refused to return deposits, including one for materials to be ordered when we didn’t order ANY. We have now gotten a lawyer. Be careful if you decide to use her!

I was looking for a company to replace my 37 year old windows. After having an emergency prior to my initial appointment, Lisa patiently reached out to reschedule at my convenience. She explained their comprehensive evaluation and estimate process, which really impressed me. Jacob arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment, with a professional yet friendly and helpful demeanor. Initially he explained their company’s procedures, the fact that there guarantee has no fine print and answered all my questions. Mike and all of his employees at Sun Bay were such a pleasure to work with! They were professional, reliable, clean, and respectful of my time and home!! UPDATE ***** I saw Credence response – I AM A CUSTOMER and I did follow up on the references they told me to call – all family or friends after some research. Most of the 5 star review are fake. There are 1000’s of good and honest contractors in Tampa Bay – stay away from this one

I wish someone warned me about this company and how much they drop the ball on / do not pay subs – I HAVE LIENS ON MY HOUSE and work not completed, Horrible. I did see bad reviews on here especially the one from Bonnie – but Chris Thompson had a very convincing way to say it was all lies – IT IS NOT. STAY AWAY. I have a lawyer and the lawsuit including bankruptcy and being in business with Kitchen Center Plus that has been sued multiple times for doing work without permits or not completing jobs – stay away

My wife and I used Credence for an extensive house renovation that involved putting in new floors, knocking out walls, remodeling one bathroom, and creating a new bathroom, walk in closet, and washer/dryer room. We felt like we were being taken care of throughout the process, and we were very pleased with the outcome. We were especially appreciative of the weekly virtual tours since we were out of town for about 50% of the project.

Shortly after the project completed our house was impacted by Hurricane Eta. Credence was a great help to us in the days following and beyond in a way I can’t adequately summarize. I’d highly recommend this company.
