I have used DB twice now and my search is over!! The first job Dave did for me was to install a custom door for my new office. The house was a new build and the office area was an open space designated as the living room. The noise from the family room made it hard to concentrate and almost caused a divorce…LOL. I called Dave and he sent out Phil Lewis to take a look and see what could be done. Hold in mind that I had spoken to several contractors prior…even one from the builder…and no one seemed to want to take this on. Not only did they take this project on, but Phil came up with a better idea for the double doors. I had a vision for this space…but his was BETTER. Needless to say he is a genius!!! I get soooo many compliments on this door as it is the first thing you see when you come in the house. Did I mention that Phil is not only a genius, but a true artist as well?!!! He gives life to what he creates. After the success of this project, I called upon Dave to create a breakfast nook bench for me as well. Needless to say, it is phenomenal!!!! The craftsmanship is amazing!! I will continue to use them for ALL of my future projects. I find DB Home Improvements to be fair, honest, and affordable!!

I had to replace the fascia board and the team Dave sent were professional and did an outstanding job. They were very courteous and after the job was completed the area was very clean. My job was urgent and Dave understood my dilemma and was very responsive to my calls. Thank you Dave and I will definitely be referring DBHI.

DB did an outstanding job on a master bath full remodel. Dave’s crew of Phil and Kyle were prompt every day, professional, polite, and hard working. Obstacles encountered were taken in stride and resolved. At the end of each workday the workspace was cleaned. I would remiss in not mentioning that Phil is a true craftsman, his attention to detail can not be emphasized enough. Their finished product met our expectations and left us pleased with the project.

Nate, was very polite and respectful. Repaired two chips in my tub and it now looks like they never existed. Nate left the area as clean as when he got here. It took an hour easy peasy. I highly recommend Surface Specialists!

Garcia & Sons is the BEST! I couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did installing an electric fireplace in my living room. Miguel managed the project and he was clear in his communication, was very organized, polite and professional. He assured me it would only take 4 days…I was skeptical after having a lot of experience working with other construction companies who said they’d finish in a certain time, yet it always seemed to drag on for weeks. Miguel told me what his crew would be doing each day, and he was 100% accurate. They finished in 4 days, and it was a great experience! The crew were all respectful of my property, polite, and left the area clean before leaving my house each day. They framed out the wall, dry walled, and did a beautiful job on the tile work on the floor and surrounding the fireplace. I didn’t have to worry about finding my own electrician, Miguel had it all covered. He worked so hard to ensure my project would be completed in time for a celebration I was hosting in my home. I loved seeing my living room transformed into a cozy environment, and I’ve received so many compliments on the job they did. I have other construction projects I’d like to complete in the near future, and I will definitely be calling Garcia & Sons. They are my go-to construction crew from now on!

Garcia and sons were on time with the estimate . When it was time to do the job they kept the start date. They were there each day until completion. They were patient with a walk through at the end and addressed minor problems promptly and professionally. What more could you ask for! I recommend them!

Fantastic job, very pleased with how it all turned out. Elite home improvements remolded my whole house inside and out, and a few weeks later ended up with a water leak in my kitchen due to an old pipe. Nick and his team were able to jump on the clean up and fix my kitchen to the way it was when he finished weeks prior.

Great GC!!! Total remodel, outside paint, driveway, garage, inside paint, new tiles, crown molding, totally new kitchen with larger island foot print, base boards, new bathroom cabinets, non heat paint around pool, fixed previous GC mistakes. Cedar closets and a few more items. Highly recommend.

We had our kitchen countertops replaced with quartz. Also had a new sink installed along with a new faucet. Everything was done on time and it turned out beautiful. We are very pleased. Thank you Nick.

I had a bathroom done by them. They gave a fair estimate and stayed right on budget! Showed up on time and finished in the amount of time they said it would take. It ended up even better than I had imagined and they had ideas of things I had not even thought about. I got to pick out everything I wanted and it turned out fantastic. We could not be more grateful for the Groza team. We did so much research on great builders in the area and Groza just was our #1 pick from the very beginning. From the moment we walked into their model home we truly felt like we were home. But what really sold us was their exceptional costumer service from the very beginning they have been upfront, honest, professional and most of all, their invested in making sure the vision and dream for our home comes to life. LeAndra is our girl and she’s just awesome! We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Groza and he’s a true professional and cares a lot about his buyers needs and wants for their home. To be honest if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to build our first home, we called and scheduled for an appointment on the only day we were both off, on Saturday. Online it says they aren’t open so I thought it was weird that they would schedule on a day it says they aren’t open for, but we went anyway and yup, we were right. They scheduled us on a day they weren’t even open. Super unprofessional and just plain rude. I’m not going to even bother continuing business with them.
