Exceeded Our Expectations!
BathMasters are truly masters of the trade.
The experience at their showroom making the choices for the bathroom remodeling was fun. There are many options and we had good advice.
The experience on installation was great. They started on the scheduled date. Every single day one or more workers were on the job. They protected the floors leading to the bathroom. They were professional, experienced, and courteous.
One day I requested an additional electric outlet in an area that was already completed. The next day the electrician was there to add the outlet, the wall work was completed, and the changes were made.
In the end, this bathroom is 100% beautiful! It was so easy. Thanks to having Ernesto supervise the whole project we did not have to be supervisors. Ernesto and each worker was very nice. It was a pleasure to work with each person. Thank you BathMasters.

Bathmasters just completed a complete renovation of our hall bath and it is absolutely fantastic! I would definitely recommend them and am glad we chose them. Everyone they sent to work on our job was pleasant and professional. Materials and workmanship met or exceeded our expectations. The process took a little longer than expected and communication wasn’t always ideal but the end result is what’s most important and they NAILED it!

Having them come out to your house was a waste of my time…2 1/2 hours for a consult was a joke, after working all day it was exhausting listening to their whole sales speech.
The sales person made it seem like they would finance us with no problem, even said how much our monthly payment maybe etc…
That was a lie, just tell us that you are going through a finance company that needs a high credit score to get approved upfront instead of beating around the bush.
And then they had the nerve to ask if we could get a co-signer.
I’m sorry I didn’t need a cosigner to buy my house or new cars, I certainly am not getting one for a bathtub remodel.
The sales tactics were sketchy…Sorry not sorry, you won’t have to worry about me..

We made an appointment with one of their project manager, Darius, for our kitchen remodel, a replacement of the tile floor, adding a new slider to the backyard, and a few other construction in the house. He came out, did a field measure, and said he’d have an estimate ready for us after Memorial Day or mid-week of the same week. A week passed; no contact from him. Ten days later, still haven’t heard anything from him. My partner called his office and talked to one of the agents, Darby. She said she’d have a talk with Darius and will have him reach out to us. Still NOTHING! We understand everyone is busy these post-pandemic days; but leaving your customers in the dark with ZERO communication isn’t professional! Maybe this is a red flag for us to take our business to another company who cares more about their customers.

*Update on my review*: Darby sent an email to my partner this AM probably after reading my review, saying they’re too busy to take our job! I wish Darius was upfront and honest about this in the beginning, so we wouldn’t have to waste our time waiting for his “estimate” that had never been written. We’re upset, not because of the wait, but because of the company’s showing zero effort for customer relation. This is poor customer service on both Darius and the company. If they can’t deliver their promise on a written estimate, how could they deliver their promise when it comes to doing the actual construction! Glad we’re not using them.

I would definitely recommend Cayman Construction. They did a great job at our home. They were professional, neat, polite and stayed late each time to finish. We were very impressed with all their workers that were here. We would definitely use them again for more projects.

We hired Cayman to build a deck out of Trex. Lauren and her team are extremely professional and hard-working. Even when we had shipment issues, they resolved the issues efficiently. And the final product was amazing. Thank you, Cayman!!

Down Under Constructio an excellent job on my project. They replaced cast iron sewage pipes in the kitchen and laundry area, replaced galvanized water pipe from the meter and installed water softening system and leveled up the floor in the dining room with the kitchen. They finished an old attached garage which also needed leveled up, insulation, drywall, electrical outlets and lights. Flooring was installed throughout the house. Joe and Ricardo were easy to work with and always available. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Down Under Construction for any project. They will provide good quality and value.

We are so glad to have chosen Down Under Construction to take on our project to knock out an exterior wall and install a four panel sliding door. They made the process very easy, obtaining the permits and they were very flexible on a start date due to a delay in the sliding door. His crew for our project was led by Riccardo, and he was very knowledgeable and was able to easily overcome some challenges. Riccardo and Joe could be easily reached when we had questions and they always had an answer. We are very happy with the end result and enjoy our house even more.

If you need to be listened to what it is you want and need in your kitchen or bathroom, this is the place.
Jim the owner welcomed me in, I was then introduced to Gary the cabinet designer, who gave me all the information I needed, he asked the right questions and then showed me the results I was looking for, in a 3D rendering
The best part; pricing and all the variations in cabinets and styles.

Would not recommend Jarlin brand that DRP offers. Multiple issues found with cabinet doors cracking and not assembled correctly (see attached pictures). Additionally, coloring doesn’t match with most of the trim versus the actual cabinets. I would go with a different brand and/or business. Feedback – Quality control needs coaching on having better attention to detail.

Update: the owners response is very typical in this situation… shows no accountability or ownership at all for the product and services his company offers. There actually was another issue I failed to mention above, one of our upper cabinets did not have the holes predrilled for the pegs to hold the shelf in place which was eventually corrected. Again, a quality control issue which should’ve been caught prior to leaving their production facility. Our install was less than three months ago and we have to submit a warranty claim to have these cabinet doors replaced so I’m not concerned that this company will own the mistake and correct it; however, I am taking this opportunity to inform consumers regarding the product which should help anyone make an informed decision.

3D Building and Remodeling was an awesome experience. I had a sink that I had boughten and I couldn’t find anybody that would install it without taking the granite counter off and putting a new one in. I didn’t want a new one. Phil looked all over to find somebody, to no avail. Finally he brought his Son- in-law and they put it in. What a wonderful gesture. I would definitely use them again and again.

Everyone one would cut my off and say the job is not big enough, they are too busy or would bot answer my call. However, Phill took the time, answered my question and helped me out. I had them replace a simple wire rack shelf in my laundry room with two beautiful cabinets with a bar in between. The guys were particular and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after they were finished. I will definitely use this company again.

We purchased Bahama Hurricane Window Shutters from West Shore Construction. All facets of the transaction from the initial site visit and quote, the shutter fabrication in a timely manner and the installation were spot on. I would absolutely use West Shore Construction again.

Excellent! Their five stars are real. Used them to get a few hurricane fabric panels to improve my home’s wind mitigation report. I did DIY install, but they still took the measurements for me and did the ordering! I got the great peace of mind knowing I wasn’t going to make a purchasing error. They were realistic about ETA during these strange times, and the panels arrived sooner than expected. When an unpredictable substrate issue occurred during my install, Jim came right out and helped me get the right hardware. Exactly why I went through them- DIY with protection. I’ve never had such great service. Jim also gave me great installation tips. Perfection and much appreciated.

Garrett, Michael & Steven did an awesome job on our kitchen and bathroom remodels. From planning to execution they were easy to work with. They were on schedule and we got exactly what we wanted. They had good ideas that helped us with color matching tile, cabinets, granite and backsplash. It all looks wonderful together. They cleaned up everyday to minimize the buildup of dust and dirt during the process. They were also very flexible when they needed to be. Our satisfaction was always their number one concern. Use them if you need to update your home. You will be glad you did!

We loved Kitchen Solvers located in Clearwater. We started with Lisa on the phone and she talked with me about the remodeling of our kitchen and sent Troy to see us and start the process. He did designs for us, explained the process, timeline and quote. Once everything was agreed upon William came in and met in the house with all the different contractors that would be on the job. We got to meet and talk with everyone. Kitchen Solvers took care of everything! All the people that work with us on our project were great. The job finished one week later than expected due to a shortage of the back splash tile but that was handled professionally. Kitchen looks beautiful and I couldn’t be happier! We have already recommended them to a family member and friend who are interested in doing their kitchens. Don’t hesitate to hire these people. They are awesome!

My husband and I give 5+++ stars to Kitchen Solvers for helping us with our kitchen and bathroom re-facing projects. I was warmly welcomed by Lisa during my initial phone inquiry and she carefully explained all of the different options, processes and materials used for re-facing. She was also very enthusiastic in helping us with the many design decisions. Then Shane came in to do all of the measurements, planning and he prepared the contract proposal for us. He spent hours meticulously documenting every detail so that plans could be completed. Mike was the extraordinarily talented foreman/carpenter who carefully cut the veneer for all of the cabinet re-facing, made great decisions about the trim details and he made sure that the extra custom cabinetry included in our project was perfectly matched and coordinated. Louis and Robert were also valuable team members who helped with the many other parts of the project. William was our “go to” person during the process and was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. When there were some surprises along the way, William always contacted the responsible person and he actually came in with his own drill in hand with creative problem solving ideas to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction down to my very last picky, picky detail. All of the subcontractors were always on time and we were never asked for payment until we were totally satisfied with the results. We highly recommend this family-owned Kitchen Solvers Team!

If you’re looking for a high quality reputable contracting team that does outstanding work on time and on budget then Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast is for you. Our project entailed gutting our condo, new kitchen, two new bathrooms and all new flooring. We worked closely with Troy during the design phase and he was just outstanding throughout. Any questions we posed to him leading up to signing the contract were answered that same day. Once we signed our contract William took over and built an ambitious schedule that he ensured was met, which is very important to anyone engaging in a construction project. Every time I had a question for William he too was extremely responsive and back to me that same day. He understands every aspect of construction and I appreciated his educating me along the way. Every craftsman from electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile, carpentry were highly skilled and exhibited the highest standards, which is why our project turned out as beautifully as it did. A special thanks to Amon and Jeanna who did an outstanding job throughout this project and have the highest standards, which we deeply appreciated while working with them. We highly recommend Kitchen Solvers and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again on another project.

Where do I begin??? Mark is a great guy that will give you a great finished job at an honest price. Dave, his crew and all of the other contractors that they used were all very respectful, listened to our wants and needs and did a very professional job.
When you have specific needs and details that are important Jean, the office manager, is the one that you want to tell them to. Jean will become your best friend during you job because she is the one that keeps track/organizes all of your specific wants and needs.
All together they make a great team that will give you a great job, are very honest and will give you a fair price.

We are unbelievably happy with our new kitchen! If you’re in the market for a new kitchen or bath, Custom Kitchen Bath and Beyond will not disappoint! From the day I contacted this company, the owner, Mark, has been in constant contact with me. From making sure we’re comfortable with the estimate to doing a thorough walkthrough upon completion, he was a breeze to communicate with.
The crew was always on time, impeccably clean and paid very close attention to detail. I was always informed of when they were coming and what they were doing. No surprise visits and (unlike other companies) no long periods of time without any work being done.
I would absolutely recommend doing business with Custom Kitchen Bath and Beyond!

Can’t say enough about Jory and his crew! First, he had to scramble around our refi and was able to hold our place in line which meant keeping things moving. Living in a condo and dealing with the Association can be problematic and again, Reel was very aware of this and we had no issues on that front as well. Finally, the communication was fantastic and the finhished product still puts smiles on our faces when we look at it. We will definitely use Reel on our next projects!
