I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but they definitely deserve it.
A leak went undiscovered for a long time in a corner of my closet that I don’t use. It made me extremely sick for weeks & landed me in the ER (I’m asthmatic). When I finally looked in that corner, the entire thing was covered in mold; ceiling, walls, carpet, & everything that made contact with it. I was ready to abandon my place but a friend recommended AquaSeekers & I called them immediately. I’m so glad I did!! They were prompt & professional. The entire processed was explained to me very clearly & concisely. Great quality work… I can breath again!!! Abriel was very nice; she gave me the reassurance I needed. Jose was very polite & efficient.

Five stars isn’t enough! This was my first experience with water damage from a pipe leak and I was extremely impressed how they responded to my initial call. David was at my house within an hour and explained everything from beginning to end & handled all the insurance paperwork for the water damage. The damaged areas were prepared, dried and sanitized which helped this very overwhelming situation become easier to deal with. I highly recommended this company!

David, came by was quick and professional and pointed out items that I did not see. Work was done with minimal mess and he cleaned up after himself. The remediation went well and now we are mold free….Thanks David!!!

Jose was the consummate professional. I had a leak under my kitchen sink which I initially dismissed as minor. That little leak lead to considerable damage with mold. His team knew exactly where to target and completely remediate my home. I will absolutely call Jose immediately if there is water damage again. Thank you for your help.

Jose was wonderful throughout the entire process. We had a water leak in our bathroom that ruined our entire master bedroom and bath, and he came and did all of the proper protocol to remediate it quickly and help with the insurance. I would highly recommend him and his company!

Jose Torres is a true professional and his company’s work is excellent. The Mold Remediation process went well due to his expertise and knowledge. I was able to get clearance as soon as the job was completed. Additionally, after drywall repairs, he came back and personally re-installed the blinds in the bedroom. I would highly recommend him for all work of this nature. Well Done!

It was an absolutely pleasure working with your team, they were very professional, timely and overall provided exceptional service. Patti was great, she really is an expert in her field, the contractor, cleaning and moving staff all were so respectful of my home and did an amazing job. I’m happy my work is complete but sad to no longer have my weekly chats with Patti. I hope to never need your services again but would recommend you to everyone.

The owner, Kyle, returned my call, listened to the problem I described, and even though he advised me that it was an issue for A/C techs, not mold experts, he spent at least 15 minutes with me discussing possible causes and solutions. Too bad every business doesn’t run this way. Highly recommended.

They came out to my grandmothers house to remove an entire moldy floor and parts of drywall after the AC handler flooded the house. They were quick and left behind absolutely no mold. Grandma’s already breathing better!

Had a “representative” come out and take a look under this companies name. He charged for duct cleaning and we never received any services. They robbed us of 400$ we had to change our bank information due to the cards that were on file. We got scammed

I bought carpeting for my master bedroom from Carpets, Etc. I was extremely pleased with the service they provided. A special bonus was that I have free carpet cleaning for the life of that carpet through Safe Clean. Safe Clean cleaned my carpet at the one-year mark. I also had them clean then treat the grout in my kitchen. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them. They offer many other services as well.

Safe Clean did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. They weren’t cleaned in over a year and now they look new again! The cleaners were very professional and showed up on time. Overall we were very happy with the service and will be using Safe Clean again in the future!

5 stars to Andre and Brian… Very happy with the work that Brian and Andre did at my home. They both were very knowledgeable, professional, explained the process of what happened, and how they were going to fix the issue I had. They had to do an excavation and were very careful with my grass and landscaping as best they could. Definitely recommend that if anyone has an issue, make sure to request these two gentlemen…. I sure will in the future if anything else should come up….field supervisor not so much for the recommendation.

These guys just drove thru my neighborhood (Sandpiper Estates) and the guy driving was doing over 50 mph in my neighborhood! A small child was on the side of the road! What a bunch of disrespectful jerks. Too bad I didn’t get the tag (they were driving too fast) I would call law enforcement. Their mailbox is full. Consider this when choosing them!
