We bought our home from Chouinard Builders almost one year ago. We are very happy with our new home! I wanted to say that Brad Chouinard is a great guy.
We are having a pool put in our new home. Unfortunately my neighbor’s driveway paver got damaged in the process. Brad went out of his way to locate the correct paver and even dropped it off at our house! What a great dude! Thank you Brad! 😎👍

This company is one of the best builders around! They have been in the business for over 40 years and they will do almost anything to go out of their way for you. We were interested in building a new custom home in the area and they helped us every step of the way. From planning, to final walk through they are there for you! The quality in their workmanship is second to none and they will return for any maintenance that happens after you move in! They are quick to respond and are always looking out for their clients. This company does not offer construction loan financing directly but, will work with your local bank throughout the building process after financing is acquired. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and what they have done for our local community! Highly Recommended!

Rose Building is incredible. They obviously have a very talented design team. We wanted to expand the views from the family room in our dated waterfront home. We had a budget that we thought was reasonable – we didn’t quite make it but what we ended up with is absolutely spectacular and worth every penny we spent!!! We love it. Thank guys. We will be redoing our master bath next year and you are definitely doing the job!

I highly recommend Dean Collins and Collins a construction company with any individual in need of a professional deck builder. When I contacted Dean Collins he got back to me right away to discuss my objectives. He was not only helpful and professional, he far exceeded my expectations. I had contacted a handful of contractors only to be disappointed by no return phone calls or appointments that were never honored. I couldn’t be happier with my dealing with Dean and would highly recommend him to anybody that needs deck building services.

Garrett, Michael & Steven did an awesome job on our kitchen and bathroom remodels. From planning to execution they were easy to work with. They were on schedule and we got exactly what we wanted. They had good ideas that helped us with color matching tile, cabinets, granite and backsplash. It all looks wonderful together. They cleaned up everyday to minimize the buildup of dust and dirt during the process. They were also very flexible when they needed to be. Our satisfaction was always their number one concern. Use them if you need to update your home. You will be glad you did!

Orange Blossom Construction did a great job on our kitchen remodel. It was a floor to ceiling job and the results are fabulous! Garrett and Michael were very patient and helpful while we picked out each piece of the puzzle. We now have more space than we need and an efficient flow to our most popular room. Down Under Constructio an excellent job on my project. They replaced cast iron sewage pipes in the kitchen and laundry area, replaced galvanized water pipe from the meter and installed water softening system and leveled up the floor in the dining room with the kitchen. They finished an old attached garage which also needed leveled up, insulation, drywall, electrical outlets and lights. Flooring was installed throughout the house. Joe and Ricardo were easy to work with and always available. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Down Under Construction for any project. They will provide good quality and value.

We are so glad to have chosen Down Under Construction to take on our project to knock out an exterior wall and install a four panel sliding door. They made the process very easy, obtaining the permits and they were very flexible on a start date due to a delay in the sliding door. His crew for our project was led by Riccardo, and he was very knowledgeable and was able to easily overcome some challenges. Riccardo and Joe could be easily reached when we had questions and they always had an answer. We are very happy with the end result and enjoy our house even more.

Jory and team did a fantastic job on our condo remodel. Even with the complications of the city permits, the job was completed in time for our move-in date. We are so very happy with the results; the quality of work is top-notch. Jory was always responsive to our emails, texts, and phone calls and provided a detailed explanation to our questions. We needed some removal done of some old sheds and pavers. Jory’s team did a great job and were very polite and professional through the process. They had all the work done in one day and we are very pleased with the outcome. Will definitely be reusing Reel in the future.

Can’t say enough about Jory and his crew! First, he had to scramble around our refi and was able to hold our place in line which meant keeping things moving. Living in a condo and dealing with the Association can be problematic and again, Reel was very aware of this and we had no issues on that front as well. Finally, the communication was fantastic and the finhished product still puts smiles on our faces when we look at it. We will definitely use Reel on our next projects!
